High: Aced an oral partial exam, broke my PR on squats
Low: Nothing really

Low: I was so mixed up on the last exam today,but I hope the teacher will help my score with my class activity

High: in spite of that I will be the top student this semester It feels great to be mighty and perfect(quite exaggerating,being top student has nothing to do with being perfect )

Low: Didn't sleep for over 27 hours, mostly because I needed to study for an exam, stress and family stuff. Levitating above broke.
High: out of 60+ students who took the class (Social policy) this semester, only 23 qualified to actually take the final exam, and out of them I'm the only one to actually show up for the exam in this exam period (Serbian universities have multiple periods where you can take exams and this is the first one for this exam) and got the maximum grade, the work paid off.

Low: really annoying insomnia for like 4 days now. I know that's not that long of a time, and I've had insomnia for much longer before, but this is different.
So far my body and mind only like to collaborate on the sleepiness at about 10pm to 1am. then at about 11am to 1pm. Even then I try to sleep and i just end up laying there with my mind just moving in slow motion, but pushing very hard. The sleep i get is not energizing, even if i get 6 hours in a day it's separated into a couple blocks of time and it sucks.

High. Even though I'm physically drained my mind is actually not cloudy at all and I can think clearly like my mind is being pulled up and over... It's hard to explain right now I feel this is kind of lame to be writing it on Metalstorm. My words can't do the feeling justice at the moment, but I feel compelled to comunicate it. My conscious is restless for sure. My cup does not runneth over! but I think it has expanded enough for me to grow a bit and I guess that's the high point in the potential it has... ugh.

Imo 4 days without sleep is too much. 4 days with 6 hours sleep for each is like south korean, they only have 6 hours sleep per day. With extreme insomnia experiencing, i now handle it well and able adjust with normally standard, imo insomniac ppl need time, yes time to get it normal back for biologically sleep night, up day time,...you need time from insomnia time to over recover it back to sleeping standard time. And always have relax, no stress, not too high, but not too down... balance. I do think there is mind control technique for easy sleeping, but i think its just around stress handling in your life, better less worries, concerns etc.. If you sleep at night not well but still ably sleep offset in daytime then it still count as sleep, better long sleep continously like night sleeping standard (only thing trouble if you need or have work daytime)... Then adjust gradually till back to normal sleep standard...

High: bought new guitar pedal/effect processor and its so good
low: damn line voltage in my home is unstable ,i need to find some stabilizers in order not to fry the aforementioned pedal

Low: I've had the flu for a few days now and it sucks!
High: I'm heading to the beach in a few days, I haven't been on a vacation in a long time. I just hope I'm back to normal by then. At least the change of weather might do me some good.

Low: I've got school until four and work afterwards. Mondays... ugh.
High: I'll feel better tomorrow. Just oughta get through the day.

Well I don't really hate my job, I just hate having to come into work everyday I guess. Plus it's quite hard to drag your ass out of bed on a Monday.

Low: Had a tooth extracted this morning... feel very uncomfortable at the moment.

High: Getting tattooed in an hour and having my favorite sandwich in the entire world.

I'm kind of in the same boat... Fucked up my exam yesterday and was in a bad mood for the rest of the day And I see badass metal guys on my campus surprisingly often XD If it's a small campus or you hang around the same spot at the same time, you'll probably run into him again.

Anyway,
Low: Been sick for a few weeks now. Still waiting to find out whether I have strep throat or just a bad viral infection.
High: Finally have time to get a decent amount of sleep and rest. Maybe that will help me feel better.

ah too bad, exams are always stressful, well because I go only once in a week to that branch, then I may not have lots of chance for running to him again until then I will go to that class much sooner than the actual time that I should be there ( no I'm kidding, I can never be that on time XD )

I remember seeing a shit load of badass metal guys, but then again I was always hanging out at concert venues and metal pubs. If you're in Oslo maybe Rock inn (?) is a good place, there was also this black metal pub, scary at first, but some really cool people in there.
And yeah, you can have a shit load of fun in Norway, I know I did.

I'm not quite sure. But I remember it being opposite this famous anarchist community building in Oslo called Blitz. I think the pub was called Unholy, not so sure though.

Low - some fucking asshole that is lucky i didn't catch him or he would be in hospital right now stole my 300 dollar camera out of my car when i left it for three minutes

High - ....still waiting, it is saterday i suppose and it's sunny and warm

Highest: sleeping all days since a couple of day.
