In my own case it quite simple. Just the first letters in my first and last name. Boring and easy to remember

MaCraigMa = Movie Alliance Craig Movie Alliance. Back when WinMX and other file sharing programs were out like Bearshare. I was part of a group who called themselves the " Movie Alliance" and the initials were put at the beginning and end of each persons first name. I've used this for almost all my usernames on most websites because its unique i guess and i have no imagination.

Well, my name is usually shortened to 'Tijn', which over the years became Tijno, then Tijna (thanks again, dyslectic brothers :') ) which then became Tuna. When I was around 14 years old, nearly everyone I knew called me Tuna, and Tunafish is just one of the variants of it that I use on zeh interwebz.
