The way corruption works is exactly the other way around. keep the rich rich, the poor poor and let the middle class pay for everybody. At least in my country.

In my country too. Plus if everybody tries to cheat tax like here, less and less people will pay it, and it will get higher and higher.
But the government corruption is really ridiculous here. If they want to build something, for example a bridge, they give that project to a "company" of their friends, who get millions of euros, and build something which is worth 1/10 of that. I wonder where the other 9/10 went...

edit: hmm, maybe what I said is not exactly corruption, more like stealing the state's money, either way, it's really annoying and harmful for the country.

I mean sometimes it works if you need something you pay, pay cops, I dunno, but if its open to all not rich

The big businesses, companies, and government twist our rights and constitution around as much as possible to keep themselves rich, ordinary workers pay for and are taxed on everything, and the poorer people get checks from the government that the middle class pays for, although some of them can work, but are just too lazy -_- People that live in ghetto trailer parks have nicer cars than us, and they can pay $100 to get fake nails because we pay for it

the state does not have money, everything it gets it takes through the threat of violence ("let us take taxes or armed people in uniforms will come and lock you in a prison cell")
stealing is the process of taking someone"s property without their permission, this requires the person holding the property to be the owner or someone with the owner"s permission to use it, it is therefore impossible to steal a stolen/robbed good from the thief/robber

also paying is not in any way the right word for taxes
paying is the act of voluntarily giving a part of your wealth for achieving something you consider more valuable than you having that part of your wealth
it does not apply to the extortion that taxes are

well when in sve we had socilsit gourement 33% till 50% taxes payed, nowadays same taxes whit far right, nothing works anymore

I don't really hate anything about the United States or its constitution or the principles of our justice system. I hate the politicians and lobbyists who attempt to abort it on a daily basis, and manipulate the public into believing it's for their safety/wellbeing.

One thing I hate are the constant shootings. I'm a responsible gun owner and I'm all about being able to go shoot for fun but holy shit, this is getting ridiculous! I don't think more gun control will help either...criminals will be criminals and they'll acquire guns anyways (usually illegally).

I hate the media here. The media is so beyond fucked...they skew everything and the masses just eat it up. Most people will believe anything and won't even bother doing more research on the subject. This isn't really media related but I saw an article in my facebook feed and it was about a private company hiring anyone to go and kill ISIS with a starting pay of $600,000 per year. It was fake (I mean come on, that's ridiculous!) but some of my friends totally believed it until I said it was fake and pointed out that the website's domain was wrong.

I don't think gun control will stop school shootings, because ppl will get guns everywhere illigaly, they go and hope to die, so they don't care, legal or illegal gun

Gun control does help reduce crime/shootings (common sense, jeez....). Certainly does not end the whole thing, but has enough impact to make it mandatory if you want to reduce the number of victims related to it.

I doubt it will stop school shooting , but maybe 2 schools less and it would be progress
