frankly i don't really care much for the fact that kosovo is free in itself, but it does hurt me now that the douches in the hungarian party here will ask for the authonomy of a little bit of land in Transilvania... some people just can't get over the fact that they belong to a certain culture... you are subjective in this case because you live there and you witness from first hand what is happening there. this means that you may be blinded to some extent concerning this subject because you have feelings towards the albanians and the whole situation. hatred is a feeling too, but i wasn't talking about that. i don't know how do you feel toward the whole situation tbh.

i'm surprised that it took you so long to see this thread, because i knew you'll start bitching immediately. this thread is about Kosovo. if you want to talk about how deeply you were hurt by something that didn't happen and probably never will, then open another thread.

Today was the incident on the admistrative line ( not border!!!) , two places were burned down , yes violence is wrong , but do you know what happened in 2004 ?
100 churches and other sacral objects were burned to the ground , but even more important over 1000 homes of Serbs were burned to the ground as well.For 9 years they live in Ghettos and Enclaves , what did you espect ? Hugs and kisses for the new country.

I'm afraid those who think that the idea of giving independence to immigrants who beat you out of your own home is charming won't change their opinion.....I've already stated what I think.....ever thought how weird it is....native Americans don't have their freedom for Europeans invaded them....just the same...Albanians invaded the Kosovo region which is a nationally important place for Serbs....why isn't US granting freedom to all those whom they persecuted once....why is US fighting against the terror of muslims while they're at the same time the greatest protectors of muslims as we see it from Kosovo....and that's right....there are greedy Albanians also in Macedonia and Greece....so...perhaps we'll create a lovely muslim state inside Europe all in all....

Well, as I said it already, I hope that double edged sword will do its job again... The Al Qaida was created by US and CIA, because they wanted to support Afghanistan in war against Russia, and years later, Afghanis were killing American soldiers with weapons they bought them!!!
Today, they have interest here, on Balkan, if someone thinks Bush gives a rats ass for peace or anyone's prosperity on Kosovo... wake up than....

I don't have much time so I'll be fast.

First of all, Serbia should never recognize illegal state on it's territory, and even if controlled small minded freaks in our government do so, Serbian people will never recognize Kosovo as a new state and Kosovars as a new nation from several reasons I won't mention cause they are way to obvious.

My girlfriend is from Kosovo, she sold her house cause otherwise she could get terrorized and maybe even killed in the end, I wish I never met her, at least not under this circumstances. I also know more people that ended up like she did, and some of them even worst. Her father is still down there, without any rights, he lives in a barrack although they was very rich family once, but he don't want to leave the land he was born in. And there are dozens of such examples.

On the other hand, Albanians in Serbia have all possible rights, in one word, same as Serbs and other non-Serbs, sad thing is that most of them, who make best Ice Cream as Stalker said, send some amount of money for KLA and supported an independent and illegal country, so, by my opinion, they have no rights to live here anymore, why should they have same rights as Slovakians, Croatians... or any other non-Serbs here, who worked, payed taxes... No, I do not like them, because they betrayed country that gave them rights, that gave them place to live when they were not accepted in their own country, and because they betrayed people that were their friends yesterday. I do not support random violence on the streets of Serbia, although, I was on each and every protest so far.

I do not know how to solve this problem, war is one of the ways I do not support, but won't run away from, even if I want, I can't, but Kosovo independence is just another page in the new world order or how to screw whole nation due to your own interests.

Just to add, I did not support war in Croatia or independent state there, cause that was the similar situation, anyway, I do support independence of Republic of Srpska, cause if Kosovars can have their own state, why wouldn't Serbs in Bosnia have their own? Same with all similar territories in the world.

Another hyge demograpical change has ocured dyring the WWII.Albania was a satelite coutru for Italy.When Yugoslavia was beaten Kosovo & Metohia was anexed to Albania becouse it was in the Italian intrest.In the perion between 1941 and 1945 more then 100.000 Serbs were forced to leave K&M and killed,and in there place 100.000 Albanians were inhabited.

Since then the biggest problem in Kosovo is the albanian birth rate.While Serbian familys have 1,2 of 3 children Albanian ones have 5,6.This was a part of a demonic plan for making a Albanian only Kosovo.It was all done sistematicly

I agree with you about how the EU has these ridiculous double standards when it comes to national recognition. If Kosovo is recognized as an independent nation, then why not Northern Cyprus or Chechnya?

The EU does not have the power to recognize countires the individual countries making up the EU have the power.

I am sorry, but yes, if albanians have right on Kosovo, Serbs have right on Republic of Srpska, end of story.

kovoso and r srpska r not the same, serbians don't need to leave that area, they can keep living in there even if kosovo is indenpendent counntry...
