KRUSHER! I miss that guy! What happened to him?! I hope hes well.
I listened to totalrock for some time, I loved Krushers show most of all, he has such a great humour.
After a while I got really bored with radio after he disappeared until I discovered Christiane's Sonic Attack

Me to I use to hear it in satalite radio but it disapeare from satalite
When I lsiten radio I was young IMo age 16 and my metal knowlage was much poorer how now and nowdays maybe I dont pay attantion to radio, but such real radio whit DJ its awsome, always you hear something new
But Krusher was awsome, we need more such guys we shoodmade our own radio show

I have a bit of radio DJing experience myself, there was some radio called akaradio.com (changed its name to something else now) and I used to play tracks for a couple of hours each week, it was fun!
Then my computer messed up so couldn't DJ anymore

I got asked to DJ at some metal club about a year ago but I figured that it wouldn't work out right because only about 3 people listen to the sort of bands I listen to, so little would be able to appreciate what I listen to, even if perhaps the club needed something fresh and new than hearing Buckcherry, Pantera or Kid Rock every week hahah.

Who knows though I might end up getting a little job in DJing again, it would be cool to do it again

Nice job, its realy nice and I agree about it that people dont like such music what we like
its shame , Rockworld TV sometimes play Opeth, nighwish live but generaly moust of bands are crap, nowdays metal dont seels at all how it was in old days but it wont die too

not really, nothing much has been happening in here either. hahaha
few more bands confirmed for Bloodstock but I am sure you already know about them.. - Akercocke, Destruction and Napalm Death!! woo!!!
nothing else is going on though, I think everyone is probably busy with exams and stuff, I finished my last one yesterday.. but I will still have quite a busy summer I think - testing for my independent study and four festivals and all

i am SO glad the exams are over. having said that, next year is my final year and i have a grand total of 3 hours a week of classes from september till december
i'll be the same, hoping to go to three festivals and i have my research to do for my dissertation. i chose to do it on a scottish topic so i don't have to travel much to get my sources hehe.

i think i'm going to bloodstock too, its the weekend of my brother's 21st, so it shall be messy

well a few weeks away I am going to Download festival (only because I am accredited - but I am very interested to actually see what it is like there - and there are some great bands there after all as well [Judas Priest, Kiss, Saxon, Testament, etc.] so look out for the review of that as well), then there's Hellfest in France - should be doing quite a few interviews and stuff there as well as a ton of great bands. then Wacken in Germany and Bloodstock here last. looking forward to all of them, although a little nervous about Download because I think they get like 100,000 people there or something - and I thought Wacken was crampt!!!!

i really wouldn't want to go to download. there are some good bands playing, but its the people who go that i can't stomach. i've seen clips of it on rockworld [??] and there seems to be a proliferation of twats, scenesters and children. i know there'll be loads of metallers, but i think i'd go mental seeing that many squinty fringes and skintight jeans.

i've heard so many good things about hellfest but i never seem to check it out properly haha.

wacken &bloodstock will be good though i actually like the size of bloodstock, it's quite compact, but you get a decent view wherever you are.
and my brother's band is playing both, when we get together it's carnage

yes! that is another one of the things that makes Bloodstock so great - that it is small compared to other festivals in Europe, but the quality of the bands is still there.

well, I used to say there would be no chance of me going to Download because of that - but seeing Judas Priest and Kiss on the line-up among others made me think there must be some real metalheads there. I am glad I am being accredidted to go because then instead of all these assumptions I will actually know if it is painful to look at people there, or if it is actually a great event. I will post an honest report of the festival though, so look out for that! haha

all my mates are off to see ministry tonight, i'm not going because it'll be full of 15 year old pendulum fans weilding glowsticks. my god, i'm getting old. i wanted to see them in 2003 but i didn't have the money and nobody but my ex was going, and now it's like OMG MINISTRY!!!!1111ONEONE >_<

awww, well I might have considered going to see Ministry on this tour - but I will be seeing them at Hellfest anyway, so I won't bother travelling. haha
I would really like to see Dream Evil again.. they played a really good set at Bloodstock last year, but oh well. I need a car to get to more shows, I suppose I am car hunting.. sort of, but I could only get a cheap car really..

they were pretty awesome! although i ended up drinking with the conquest of steel guys whilst DE were on.

can you not get a cheap car where you stay? get one of those classified papers and see what they have? i need learn how to drive just to get rid of my provisional license, it's so crumpled some bouncers think its fake :|

Nebel_Hexe - hope that all turns out well and you're going to germany so often, where do you get your flights?!?! all the ones i find are mega expensive so i can't afford many festivals this summer

I want to get a mini!! I have always wanted a mini really I guess.. Mr Bean did that to me.
I wouldn't mind one of them new minis but the cheapest they come is still over £5000. way too much for me!! just with an old one I would want to make sure it was at least reliable enough to get me from one place to another, I don't mind so much about going fast..

at the moment I am in my flat waiting for some epic storm that is supposed to be coming here in the middle of the night. from about midnight onwards I think.. on the weather we have this huge green blob of rain on top of us - we have flood warning and all sorts so I am looking forward to this show starting!!

Well I stayed up until about 03:00 and couldn't stay up any longer, I had an early morning so had been awake a long time and not much happened. I do remember kind of waking up and hearing rain though so I guess some came. The whole next day had a lot of rain too, but there was nothing spectacular unfortunately. haha

awwwh! i'm in shock with the weather just now, it was sunny again today :|
not long till i go to london can't wait!

its too warm here...i want the rain to come back haha!

The weather here is not hot and not cold, this is PERFECT festival weather - I just hope it will stay like this because this time next week I will be at Download, and this time in two weeks I will be at Hellfest!

is there actually anyone on here that is from yeovil/somerset/the south west of england? im moving there in august and i dont wanna be completely isolated from metal...

Man if outside +34*C its ok but if inside are about +32*C you know ther eno posible sleep even how hard you try
Norduc houses are buold to keep warmn inside and its anoying in summer, specely now there no air in room

all depends of gens if you born in UK you cant stand hot but in cold you canw alk whit T-shirt, but greels, Italiaans thay can survive in desert but not into snow

tooo hot! i feel like im going to die, im hardly wearing anything as it is and im still sweating buckets. i had a textiles exam today and had to walk for nearly 2 hours wearing a black 100% polyester blazer. i swaer it feels like my face is melting...

I never swetting outside if its less how +25*C but in out trains or busses ... sorry there are +40*c and like in saune,s o in summer no public transport here
