I beat half of the songs in hard mode without pushing the orange button (or whatever color that one far button is), and I still got 4 stars on most of them. But, I haven't played hard mode since, just medium. I don't think I'll get GH 3 because I don't see the point, even though it would be REALLY cool to play Slayer.

It was good. My friend officially dubbed my character to be Lars Umlaut. The boss battle was amusing, too. Oh, and it may have been my first time playing any Guitar Hero, but fuck me if Dragonforce's song isn't fucking stupidly hard just for the sake of it.

lol...I agree dude, dragonforce is just way ridiculous...it's even harder than Guitar Hero 2's Jordan....on expert I always get a 3% of the fucking song LOL

wat can i play? i play watever, i actually do a lot of my own stuff, but i can play some metallica, slayer, kalmah, death, CoB, etc.

but yeh, ive heard it is a really hard game, but quite enjoyable

i just recently got guitar hero 3, (day after boxing day) i dont have any of the others though, but some of it is hard, ive finished it on easy and medium and working on hard, i think that if i can do it, pretty much everyone can, but once you do medium, easy seems too slow
overall, very addicting game, i think you should all give it a go

Guitar Hero 3 is overall extremely easy............except for a few songs (Raining Blood, TTFAF, TDWDTG). I'm currently trying to 5 star Take This Life.........I've got 4 stars but I can't improve my score much

omg i love guitar hero so much. i cant actually play guitar but i found guitar hero 3 so easy, and i completed easy mode in a day, i working on medium but ive pretty much done it.

I have a hatred towards Guitar Hero. It is nothing like real guitar..... BUT I CAN'T STOP PLAYING! ...I am ashamed......

Played for a lot of time Guitar Heroe 3 a couple of months ago, I got bored. I just could not play "One" and "Raining Blood" to end the game on hard, too damn fast and the stupid annoying crowd hahaha. And that song from Dragon Force is ridiculous!

I hate Guitar Hero. Actually when I first heard of the game I was allready sceptical I already knew it was going to be full of mrodern rock and metalcore crap and I was right. with also an handfull of classics. Even the few songs I liked turned out to be raped by an 2 dollar worth coverband instead of the orginal band.
the game is nothing new either, these things were allready in arcades long ago - then again arcades everywhere are dissapearing
even if there is coming a metal edition, I willing to ebt that MTV's buddy Roadrunner records is going to polute it with there afwul numetal bands.

Ok, at last I've succeed to install this game on my pc. I enjoyed the basis of the game, but it's really HARD, It need lots of time to handle it well. so right now, I use trainer and I got the maximum percent in games. so I'm trying to handle it well soon!!
Anyone wants the trainer? If yes ask via PM, I will send it and explain what it does? it doesn't make the game boring!

Do you actually get more points for doing a song on "expert" level, like they say in South park?
Can you get 1 000 000 points? Does it give you a title such as "Rock Styar" or, ok it can't be "Fags" like in the cartoon...

I'm curious 'cause i've never played the game! I'm more of a Singstar guy myself.

Yes, when you play in expert level the money you can earn is about 1800$ and in easy level you will earn 600$.
So now I can handle the easy level well, I like Metallica, Slipknot and Carlos Santana's performances. because they are so easy to do!

Do you play it with PC? and keyboard? That's so hard to play the Expert mode with keyboards... I cannot do it! Just easy and normal mode. But I think with the guitar simulator that XBOX console has, is easy to play...

I havent played this in ages. Cant wait to play it again. Its so addictive even though im very shit at it. I tried 'Raining Blood' on 3 and its so fucking hard. Cant play that song for shit haha. Also that DragonForce song is Fucking crazy lol.

GH3 is my favorite just b/c it has the more songs than the others that I tolerate.

I would love to get it just b/c you can download "I am murloc!" for it.

I played Guitar Hero III for the first time this evening.
I was over by family for Xmas Lunch. Damn it's addictive! I love it, for my first time, i caught on fast and did well

I just got Guitar Hero 3 and I think its fun and a great time killer, a great laugh with the mates too. But would nice to see more metal in it!

Guitar hero is probably the most obnoxious video game to ever grace this planet. somehow whenever im in the presence of someone playing guitar hero, my blood pressure skyrockets. my roommates girlfriend has ruined "Raining Blood" for me because of her basic inability to hold any sort of time or go with a rhythm of any kind. and all these bands that are releasing albums via guitar hero nauseates me to no end. theres more to this rant against guitar hero but i cant articulate it in the advanced state of hangover that im in. even if its midnight and a half where i am.
