High: Just convinced my mom to get me ingredients for some home-made shampoo that by all accounts makes your hair not crap.
Low: I'm doing this because I pretty much hate my hair at the moment... can't grow for shit, split ends all over despite me caring for it a lot, and I have dandruff. Grrr. Never had these problems before.

I'm a woman, so I'll always have hair I'm super pissed by not having a whole bunch of it, right now it doesn't come past my waist like usually and it's pretty dry and looks unkempt most of the time. Think I ran into a string of really bad shampoos/other hair products.

Not sure, must be my family genes? Or all the drugs and chemicals I put in my body from 13-18 haha.

Also, when I was into punk, I used to spray paint my hair, I guess that can kill your hair follicles as well....

I rock the Halford look, a lot of people say I look good with a shaved head, and it isn't an awkward shape thankfully! I just miss my long hair, head-banging just isn't as satisfying haha.

Mate, you're doing fine. I may sleep for 9 hours or more and it still isn't enough for me. I'm like a cat or something that needs to sleep 12 hours per day.

I actually hate that because I feel that I lose so many hours because of oversleeping. Used to have a lot better sleep schedule when I was at work.

One thing that might cause it is eating before going to bed. I have the vice of going to bed late and that implies that sometimes I raid the fridge around midnight or even later. As digestion demands energy, you will most probably not have a particularly good rest during the night even though you sleep. Thus one will feel tired in the morning.

As I'm writing this, I'm thinking of the Nutella I had with some bread roughly an hour ago. At first I eat Nutella with bread and then I continue eating it with spoon straight from the jar. It's funny how I'm thinking that every spoonful I have is going to be the last but in reality I can't stop... I know I should eat more proteins and fats but looks like carbs represent the largest portion of my diet...

Up: Had a bitch of a workout as usual. After that I went to the store and bought some chicken and zucchini which I cooked with pasta and had with some good Salentino wine. Food makes me happy every day.

Down: No milk in the fridge any more which means I need to go and buy some tomorrow. Plus my dissertation is still killing me.
