This message is especially for the metalheads from Praga/Prague/Praag - CHEZ republic.

Is there a good metal scène over there? Are there CD-shops I need to visit?

The reason I'm asking this is because I will travell to Prague in a few weeks. I stay in a holiday-house about 40 km from this city and for sure I will visit the city. So, anyone who can enlighten me?

I dont know about secene where , what but if he goes he defeinitly shood try get Arakain CD whit Ale? Brichta on vocals, Doga, old Kabat, Motorband, Milo? Dole?al CD also Ale? Brichta band Vitacit those band sbuild Czceh metal scene in 80's

A friend of mine went for a week in Prague and was amazed to see it was so much more "metal" than any city in France. Said that lots of bars had rock/metal music played, etc.

I was there in 2007 and found a pretty nice CD-shop down in the centre near one of the staircases for the Mustek subway-stations. I think it was in the street named "Dvacateho osmeho fijna". Can't remember the name of the shop.

Wrat Czceh has good metal scene. east Europe all thimks starts leither
