This song was done separately from the (Crescent Moon) project. just today Ahmad finished the mixing of a new song that somehow has the same space-ish atmosphere and will be releasing it in the next MA competition in the 15th of this month . and a while ago we also wrote something in the vein of these two songs so I guess that some sort of demo will be released soon under a yet unnamed project
concerning Crescent Moon , we are now recording a song that will most likely appear on the bands first demo , so wish us luck

EDIT : Post 666 ^_^

Great job mate

About the 666 post, hurry up!, and do a screen shot, I did it a while ago

A song by Ahmad (my band mate in Crescent Moon) he did this for a competition an MA and had great feedback
it is an Atmospheric Black Metal song ..... enjoy

http://dl.dropbox.com/u/10233260/Adrift%20in%20an%20inner%20tempest.mp3

Good song... I also did a Symphonic Black Metal song using Guitar Pro here:

Thanks .... downloading your song now
by the way (Adrift in an inner tempest) is not a guitar pro track, it is fully recorded except the drums where he used a drum machine

The vocals KILL. You rule. When are you releasing an album?

Wish you luck. BTW, I like your style in music. Could you please give me some black and doom help? I'm an expert on death and want to give these genres a try. Like you, though, I'm offended when it comes to religion, so no satanism and blasphemy is better.

I will suggest the albums that I started listening to when I first explored Doom and Black and some rather new releases , these albums might not be the best but are awesome to start with
some stuff has some satanic references but don't let that bother you , try to focus on the music itself ....

for Black Metal :
Burzum - Burzum (1992)
Dimmu Borgir - Puritanical Euphoric MIsanthropia (2001) , " you might also want to check out Carach Angern - Death Came Through A Phantom Ship (2010) "
Graveworm - As The Angels Reach The Beauty (1999)
Graveworm - (N)utopia (2005)
Immortal - At The Heart Of Winter (1999)
Rotting Christ - Theogonia (2007)
Woods Of Desolation - Torn Beyond Reason (2011)

and I saw that you liked Wolves In The Thrones Room , they are simply one of the best bands out there

for Doom Metal :
obviously : My Dying Bride , Anathema's early stuff and some easy listening Doom like Swallow the Sun and Draconian . be sure to check out Saturnus ( my favorite band ever )
Lacrimas Profundere - Memorandum (and to be honest you should check out all of their discography)
Officum Triste - Giving Yourself Away
Katatonia - Brave Murder Day

for Traditional Doom Metal (which I'm not that expert in) I'm gonna suggest :
Candlemass - Epicus Doomicus Metallicus
Solitude Aeturnus - Alone

other albums that you might find interesting :
Helevorn - Forthcoming Displeasures
Shattered Hope - Absence
Rapture - Silent Stage
Slumber - Fallout

I'm not gonna recommend any Funeral Doom for now , and I will be sending you other suggestions once you have finished with the handful of albums I suggested

Cool review , it was "great" to read about the band's incident with the police .
also the shift of style was not expected "Kreator + Lamb of God" ... this might be great but might also suck balls

Thanks and don't worry about the style I think it will be cooler, because I heard Bassem doing thrash with his band "Blaakyum", everything will be just great.

What's some GOOD arabian thrash?

Well most of them are hybrids like Thrash\heavy\hardcore\death\industrial and it goes on..., so I really can't tell, but If you want a good quality, Acrassicauda is what you are looking for. My personal favorite is The Hourglass.

Some thrash albums are listed here if you want to check:
