why is bitterc0ld saying in his signature "death to smurf metal"?

You all might be missing one detail here...if it's obvious then I've wasted my time posting this but I still wanna post it anyway so here...

Basically, if you decided to put that smurf metal thing in your sig, you're accepting this one little tidbit of information that the whole hampster metal philosophy was borne on:

you could come up with a sub-genre like 'smurf black metal' and people would be like 'cool man...a new sub-genre of bm that we can learn about and talk about like a pretensious metal nerd...you could come up with a sub-genre like 'hampster progressive metal' and people would be like 'cool man...a new sub-genre of prog that we can learn about and talk about like a pretensious metal nerd...

You beleive in that train of thought? Don't put it in your sig...it's supposed to represent the fact you think that the amount of sub-genres being created in the general genre of metal that you listen to are unnessesary and asinine...it's making fun of the fact that there are too many sub-genres in the most ambiguious way possible...and there you have it...

So Bitter COld is basically saying 'death to the idea that you all are amused by the many sub-genres of black metal'

I have no idea who Tisuang is. I'm pretty sure it's just some random guy trying to join. I think it's better to kick people who don't explain themselves than accept them and ask later. If they really are metalstormers and willing to join, they have to come through this thread or ask someone by PM. If they just keep trying to join without any explanations, ban them. Yeah I saw that guy in the memembers que he listened to no metal whatsoever from what I saw I think people like that should definently not be accepted especially seeing as it an extreme metal group and made up of memebers of MS.

So far that entire group seems to be going over pretty well I just finished making the mixtape for next week it's pretty good it's made up of all bands from my hometown I need to be reppin 'em

Make an account in www.last.fm and join the SMURF community there. and you are in.
