Pretty surprised there isn't already a thread like this unlike other communities, but hey you gotta start somewhere! Something i've always disliked about MLP is the community. [rant] Either 14-year-old-or-something neckbeards or people who thrive off the attention associated with the fandom, spearheaded at the likes of /mlp/ and similar boards. [/rant] Anyway, I wont get ahead of myself. MLP - or My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic is a TV program associated around the universe of Equestria but more importantly the 'mane' six (HUEHUEHUE). But you don't need me to tell you about it, It's like a sort of TV kids show with the attractiveness of great animation, mixed with fresh storylines and Spongebob-esque humor (which we ALL love. ), so if you're interested, there's no harm in checking it out!

But to people who already watch the show, here's the place on MS to discuss it!

Yeah, I'm just wondering if there is anything to replace the rest of the season as it is only going to be 13 episodes, I think.

My expectations have raised massively for this, I keep on thinking that the new season is going to be a continuous storyline for some reason, but nevertheless if Trixie is in S3 it wouldn't be short of amazing.

Well, as a newcomer to Metalstorm, I didn't think I would see MLP on here at all. As a furry, I see this everywhere; especially when I go to a convention. A lot of my friends went to BronyCon. Also, I have friends who fursuit as Ponies. I personally don't watch the show but I keep an open mind.

Yeah, It's a shame some people on this site aren't a lot more open-minded towards these sorts of things, but it's always nice to meet another furry in places you wouldn't really expect.

Oh yeah I think I remember him, I only just about joined the site when he left I think so I never really got the chance to chat with him. I also remember there being a lot of 'debate' about him leaving in a thread if I think, it's a real shame though that people leave in that matter.

Yeah, what I've noticed a lot is that the Furries who are also bronies don't tend to stray into the main Brony fandom sites and stay on sites a la Fur Affinity/Herpy/Sites like that. And Bronies - who are just Bronies - tend to stay together in a pack. But saying that though people tend to classify Furries and Bronies together, which gets me a bit bothered as they're heaps apart :[

Pretty much all the bronies I know (in real life) have something against furries... The general public doesn't like them, but maybe bronies specifically have a problem because of getting mistakenly grouped together so much.

Not sure, but I'm think I remember him just leaving - while also making a scene about it - or I'm completely lying, lawl.

But saying that it's all in the past now, unless he comes back.. which is pretty unlikely (and also if his account is deleted)

Most people said he was pretty nice, just kinda weird... I can't remember him ever being a dick aside from when he threw a tantrum about one of the mods locking his thread and then left the site just because of that. I think he came back for a short while just to post shitty comments (which I guess is also a dick move) and last time I checked the thread, there was suspicion that he's back again...
But umm, yeah... Let's keep this thread on topic

Yeah, I've noticed some Staff/Elites have some distinct dislike towards this thread for some reason. But anyways, on with the show!

About the Weird Al appearance, is there any source or more info about this anyone? Because if it is true, I'll be expecting very high hopes for this season!

The whole brony thing is currently getting out of control in the furry fandom right now. I recently had a friend go to Brony Con. He told us all that he never experienced friendship like that ever before. He isn't a furry anymore. He dissociates himself with us now completely.

First two Episodes are confirmed as The Crystal Empire, Part 1 & Part 2

Summary:
"A magical empire has suddenly appeared in the arctic north of Equestria, and Princess Celestia needs Twilight Sparkle and her friends to find a way to protect it.
While her friends try to keep the Crystal Ponies occupied at the Crystal Faire, Twilight Sparkle searches for the hidden Crystal Heart that is the key to keeping their empire safe from harm!"

Shame there's no info about air dates/writers ect. Let's hope it isn't too far away.

So... feelings about the Season 3 two-parter opening? I, for one, enjoyed it immensly. It seems a lot more mature compared to something from season two. In fact, from what I'm reading of the so far confirmed episode summaries, I think we're in for a much darker season in comparison to the previous two.
