I gotta admit, I skipped straight to that song. And you know what, their version isn't bad at all. It's a little heavy on synths, but in general, pretty good. The rest of the album is much the same, although a little less 'jumpy'. Samozatracenie is best-described as a long stream of rather pleasant sounding distortion. It's warm, it's a bit brooding and it flows along nicely. A short interlude here, there, a couple of hoarse, almost spoken-word-esque vocals and a good feel for dynamics.
However, none of the riffs (except for the opening solo of the second track) are of such quality that I'd like to hear them on a real Drudkh record. I don't mean that as harsh as it probably sounds. Fall is still very much a good band, and Samozatracenie is still very much a good EP. And because they present a few un-Drudkh-like elements, albeit sparsely, they're still worth hearing. Examples are the depressive Black metal-esque shrieks and the spoken word parts. Let's see what they're going to do next.

I like the review short but informative.
