Lake Of Tears is one of the most original and passionate bands out there...if somebody doesn't agree with that well...you can stick to br00tal Death Metal and the likes. One great thing is that every single album manages to remain a unique, enthralling experience, even though all of them share that thing that makes Lake of Tears what it is. They're bloody hypnotizing! It's no gothic nor doom. It's something with something. Mostly prog-rock with some goth rock touches.

Weakest album (if we take in order what I have heard so far) its more gothic, more music not metal , but well comparing to other non metal albums this was OK, quite ok, lyrically , musically but , if we look how good as firts and second, this is week wary week

Not the best album of Lake of Tears. The only song I would single out is "To Blossom Blue" but the rest... is something common and absolutely unmemorable.

Not very familiar band and the name is kind of similar with many others so I might have mixed it with something else before. Expected grief but it's more bittersweet and also hope, at least in the sound. Calm atmosphere and can't say it's completely metal, maybe gothic rock. Whatever it is, I like it! Favorite songs are So Fell Autumn Rain, Pagan Wish and Demon You / Lily Anne which has curiously some Rick And Morty theme song vibes in there.
