Mencea - Pyrophoric

This isn't too shabby actually. Kinda Scarve meets Gojira-ish at many points.

For me it was a stupifying experience. A few highlights here and there saved this daily bus drive from being thrown out to the nearest dump yard.

This stuff is pretty straight up, I find it hard to believe anyone would find it offensively bad.

Yes, it's not bad, but it isn't interesting. From the album aspect, the problem of not having inspirating sections during the straight up bombing, is eating up this record's energy from the very inside.

That sounds a little overly dramatic to me. The rhythm sections are no doubt a little on the lacking side but it has a decent atmosphere and some nice groove that more than makes up for it.

Though it sounds similar to Gojira I find myself liking this more than L'Enfant Sauvage.

This is FAR more enjoyable than the last Gojira.

Sounds more like Feared than Gojira, but in any case I found L'Enfant Sauvage more enjoyable than this. Still some sick moments in this album.

Not what I would call Gojira-esque (like Liverum). If I were to compare, L'Enfant Sauvage is way more enjoyable and heavier than this one.
