Boring as I don't know, bad quality

Naah, not boring at all.
Just take the highlights here, Deathlike silence, and Obsessed by cruelty are excellent songs.
Well, the rest is mostly not that excellent. But Equinox and Witchhammer are worth to check out.
The production--if that is what you mean by quality-- is pretty bad, though, here I agree.
But overall with this album, you have to consider the time (1986!).

I was thinking it being more of a repetitive sounding and underdeveloped in songwriting before reading the comments, but yes, it is indeed pretty boring. Did these guys have Venom as an influence?

The CD release of this album sounds absolutely atrocious (In the Sign of Evil / Obsessed by Cruelty by Steamhammer/Metal Mania)
Do yourselves a favour and get the re-recorded 2nd version. There's the original vinyl issue by Steamhammer and a brick-walled bootleg by Kamikaze Records. Sadly no official CD release.

It won't help with the boring songwriting, but it's at least listenable and just as strong as the prior EP

Yes that was one of their biggest influences (beside Motörhead and Tank).

IMHO this is a good debut but sure no Sodom highlight.
