Toxic Holocaust / Municipal Waste - Toxic Waste [Split]

I bought this (in Vinyl form, partially because the cover art is fucking nice) for the Toxic Holocaust side having never listened to Municipal Waste. I ended up really quite enjoying MW's side, the lyrics sharp and cheeky without making the music sound cheesy or shallow. As for the Toxic Holocaust side it has a more pronounced punky element to it than on a majority of their latest full-Length, Conjure and Command. I guess they're playing it up for the MW boyz? Joel brings an extra heaping of demon-nuts to the vox on We Bring Em Hell, too.

Any way you slice it, this is four fun, blistering crossover thrash tracks that will leave you flipping between sides joyfully. If joyfulness is your thing. You're on your own otherwise.
