The following review is going to be awfully biased since Ailyn, Sirenia's new frontwoman, is irresistibly beautiful and radiating hot. It is hardly possible not to be affected by her beauty, which may lead to deaf ears concerning the music itself.

However, there seems to be no need to be grumpy of Morten Veland's latest work whatsoever.

I dunno why, but i really dig this album. This was the biggest surprise for me in 2009. And I usually don't like too poppish metal, or very straighforward songs. But here I love all songs, the melodies, the atmosphere of the album... I also like Ailynn's voice, fits well with the mood of the album. The best song is the last one (' Sirens Of The Seven Seas') imo.

Too poppy, I liked it when I was younger, but now only first 2 albums do it for me.
