Recorded between September and December 2000 at Nomad Recording Studios in Carrollton, TX.
All music composed and written by Shaftiel except "Tara" and "Tara (Recapitulation)", written and performed by Sir Don Shannon.
Arrangements and all voices sung by Proscriptor.
Lyrics written by Proscriptor and Equitant.
Additional synthesizers and piano performed by David Harbour.
Additional acoustic guitars and mandolins performed by Sir Vincent Rossi.
Backing vocals performed by Masthema Mazzaqim (Azazel's Torch), Melechesh Ashmedi (Melechesh) and Sir Ronnie Trent (10 Kingdoms).
Produced by Kol Marshall and Absu.

"Manannán" is a re-recorded version of the song which originally appeared on the mini-album 'In the Eyes of Ioldánach' (1998).

Vinyl version is limited to 1000 copies. Re-released as collector's picture disc in May 2006 by Agonia Records.

Remastered digipak released in September 2007 with the 'In the Eyes...' EP as bonus tracks.

The instrumentation in general is quite impressive. Definitely a group of skilled musicians, and the songwriting kicks ass as well, so there's nothing not to love.

Yeah the instrumentation is flawless including these vocals. Definitely a great example of modern thrash which most thrash bands should achieve.

This is an insane album! The buzzing guitar riffs and the fast-paced brutality strangely remind me of Nile (if they played black metal, I guess).
And the drummer is indeed fantastic!

By the way, here is that same drummer auditioning in 2002 to be the drummer in Slayer. Apparently he was too fast and extreme for them
