Boring slow/mid paced mid 90s half thrash half something. Same thing that happened to too many thrash bands: play fast and aggressive late 80s and early 90s, then turn in to this half-assed groove or whatever band. Just stick to what you can do properly or call it quits, IMO there's no purpose for albums like this
