After revealing some of the details of their new album, Blindead, the Polish pride, share now a new song. They are back with a new opus titled Ascension and the first tune you get to hear is "Hearts", the album's opener. Listen to it below and tell us if you like it.

The album is the post-metal band's first recording featuring new vocalist Piotr Pieza.

Actually, it doesn't really sound that unusual compared to Blindead's other work. I really like the instrumentals and I dug the vocals as the song progressed. Honestly, my interest in Blindead has remained constant even with the change in vocalist!

i was gonna say the same thing. This song has that eeriness of earlier works.

Don't remember their last album any bit even though I did listen to it back in 2013 and I haven't given their earlier work much attention either. Not sure if that is the problem or that they are not really my cup of tea. Will try to check this out.
