Ortega - New Album Coming This Fall, Premiere New Track

This October Dutch doomsters Ortega will finally bring us their sophomore full-length album. Entitled Sacred States, the new effort was recorded by John Bart van der Wal and mastered by James Plotkin. Sacred States will also feature contributions by Gnaw Their Tongues and Ethan Lee McCarthy of Primitive Man. Furthermore, Ortega premiere a brand new track, "Maelstrom", now available for listening on SoundCloud widget. Check out the new stuff now!

Sacred States is a collaborative effort between Consouling Sounds (CD), Narshardaa Records (Vinyl) and Tartarus Records (Cassette). Pre-orders for Sacred States vinyl have already started at Narshardaa Records.

1634 is a good album, but I've probably preferred all the EPs that have come out since to that album, so hopefully this one will follow on from those EPs - should be good in any case, I like these guys
