The Electric Wizard one looks like a bad digital print. The Furia one looks hand drawn to me. Looks pretty good I think. Quite different to one another.

No, not that aspect. I was referring to the borders/outlines being done a bit messy in that one. The crumpled feel should be good but I feel its executed quite rookie-like here. Similar problems in execution.

That seems to be the whole point to me. A somewhat smudged, chalk-like drawing on crumpled paper. It's about as analogue and tangible as a piece of 2D art could be. It's a nice change to digital artwork.

Alright if you take it from that perspective but that crumples still don't work 100%. Will always give a badly-done feel to me.

Not bad, but Guido's artwork is so much better.

It's not. In polish language 'luty' means 'february', but it's not only meaning of this word. Originally it came from belarusian/ukrainian language and it's a meaning of very hard and cold winter. Some of the aged people here are still using this as an adjective. So now it's 'Moon is severe silent'.
