By all accounts I've heard, they were totally useless) And as for "why"?, a few guesses - wild west town: the average euro fascination for America (let's face it, it was dubbed Metal Disneyland by some) - car wrecks: that was part od this year's post-apocalyptic themed decoration of the VIP area. Seems post-apo is in full swing lately. - as for the tank, probably because the ceremony about this occured not long ago. And let me assure you than rare are the people who could have known it was a russian tank, not an american one...
