I would have opted for VoiVod - Dimension Hatross instead of War & Pain

And like you would have also had Anvil - metal on metal in there even though it isn't thrash, but it is regarded as highly influential on thrash.

And Slaughter I have always and still regard more as death metal than thrash.

Personally I would have chose Killing Technology, It sounds a lot more "Thrashy" than DH does (Although DH is the better album)

Like Marcel said I would definitely add Dimension Hatross in there. (though you can leave War and Pain aswell, cuz it's fucking good)
Also I'm surprised not to see Razor's Violent Restitution.
A band that is not very known called Entropy also would be a nice addition with their album, Ashen Existence
You also probably don't know the Band Anonymus, because they sing in French mostly, but their album, Stress is very good.
Also if you like Speed/Power Thrash, you could try Striker's Eyes In The Night
There's also Titan's Eve a younger band that released a very good album in 2011 called, The Divine Equal
and at last... I know I'm starting to be annoying, but you should check out Sacred Ally's album, Reality Hammer.
