Place Vendome is a melodic hard rock / album-oriented rock project, founded in 2004 by Serafino Perugino, (president of the Italian record label Frontiers Records).

Place Vendome is composed of musicians Dennis Ward (bass), Kosta Zafiriou (drums) and Uwe Reitenauer (guitars) from the band Pink Cream 69, Gunther Werno (keyboards) from the band Vanden Plas and ex-Helloween vocalist Michael Kiske.

On November 10, 2009, Place Vendome members Michael Kiske, Dennis Ward and Kostas Zafiriou, joined forces with guitarist Mandy Meyer, to form the rock band Unisonic.
