Metal Capital Festival - New Festival In Finland, Scheduled In June

Metal Capital Festival is the newly announced festival in Oulu (Finland). The very first edition will be taking place 18-19th June this year. To name some of the confirmed performers: Amaranthe, W.A.S.P., Iron Savior, The Duskfall, Ensiferum Wolfheart, Eluveitie, Eternal Tears Of Sorrow and so on. Full list here. Scattered Remains - Former Vocalist Fatally Shot By Police

Death metallers Scattered Remains have shared a brief post on their Facebook page that their former vocalist, Ryan Stallings (also Disfigured), has passed away at the age of 33. Stallings was shot and killed by the police during a traffic stop in College Station, Texas on January 21, 2021.
