Now he has opened a new chapter, by starting a new project Strigoi together with bassist Chris Casket. Strigoi will carry on where Vallenfyre has left off. Dutch death metal band AltarEgo is undergoing some changes in their line-up. Guitarist Bas Karman decided to leave the band, as well as drummer Erwin 'Bakvet' Koerts. The band has already found the replacements for both spots, guitarist David and drummer Maik. AltarEgo are set to play at Southern Discomfort fest in Kristiansand, Norway on September 13th. This will be the last show for Bas and Erwin.
