Tau Cross - Streaming New Song

Here is a new band to discover: Tau Cross. Have you heard of them? Well, they are a punk/metal supergroup, a quartet of musicians including Amebix vocalist/bassist Rob "The Baron" Miller, Voivod drummer Michel "Away" Langevin, Misery guitarist Jon Misery, and War//Plague guitarist Andy Lefton. Tau Cross formed in 2013 and recorded their debut album over several months in 2014 throughout three different countries. Gus G. - Finish Recording New Album, New Shows

Following a busy year of promotion and touring for his solo debut album I Am The Fire, Firewind guitarist Gus G. has now announced that the recordings for the follow-up release have been completed. His second solo album will be entitled Brand New Revolution and it is expected to be released in July via Century Media Records in Europe, Australia and South America, Dismanic/eOne in North America and King Records in Japan.

Cryptopsy - Crowdfunding New EPs

Babymetal - Release New Video

Japanese Babymetal have released a brand new video. The video clip is for the song "Road Of Resistance" and was filmed at Saitama Super Arena in Japan on a 20,000 people sold out show. This brand new track is a collaboration between Babymetal and guitarists Herman Li and Sam Totman of British power metallers DragonForce. Check out the video for it here!

Gwar - Kim Dylla Out, Releasing Book, New Tour Announced

Apart from fighting a lawsuit filed by Dave Brockie's father, Gwar are busy with many other things these days. First off, the band has announced a new tour, dubbed 30 Years of Total Domination Tour with support from Butcher Babies and Battlecross. Secondly, the group is releasing a new book titled Let There Be GWAR and also Kim Dylla, Vulvatron, was released from the band directly following the fall 2014 GWAR Eternal Tour, and will no longer perform with the group. Vulvatron will live on but portrayed by someone else.

While they have previously released the track "Monotony Fields", the second one is called "Descending Inner Night" which is also 10 minutes long. It is funeral doom after all! Delain - Release Lyric Video Feat. Marco Hietala

Delain released their last album in 2014, The Human Contradiction. Since then, the band has been touring consistently and will continue to do that this year. However, the group has also prepared a new lyric video for the song "Sing To Me" which appears on the album. Soulfly - Confirm Tour With Soilwork, Decapitated

Soulfly just announced that they will embark on a North American headlining tour starting on September 30th in Los Angeles. The band will be supporting their upcoming vicious new release Archangel, which was produced by Matt Hyde (Slayer, Children Of Bodom) and will be released on August 14th via Nuclear Blast Entertainment. Joining them on this epic campaign are Swedish melodic death metal visionaries Soilwork, Polish technical death metallers Decapitated, and newcomers Shattered Sun. No word yet on who will replace bassist Tony Campos.

Lords Of Chaos - Film Adaptation To Be Directed By Jonas Åkerlund

The book adaptation film for Michael Moynihan and Didrik Søderlind's Lords Of Chaos: The Bloody Rise Of The Satanic Metal Underground finally has a director and it is none other than former Bathory drummer and video/film director Jonas Åkerlund. The film will be produced by Ridley Scott's Scott Free London, RSA London, and VICE. Lords of Chaos focuses on the real events involving members of the 80's black metal scene in Scandinavia and will follow the story of 17-year-old Øystein "Euronymous" Aarseth, guitarist and co-founder of the Norwegian black metal band Mayhem during the upbringing of the genre.

Five Finger Death Punch - Melt Down On Stage, Deny Break Up Rumors

Trouble in paradise? Five Finger Death Punch had a meltdown onstage during the band's performance in Memphis, Tennessee as part of the Beale Street Music Festival. Reportedly, the band cut its performance short after roughly six songs and walking off stage. This led some fans to speculate they were breaking up. However, the Los Angeles metallers have already dismissed these rumors.
