Tim Lambesis - To Stand Trial On Charge Of Hiring Hitman

As you probably remember, As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis was arrested in California on charges that he sought the help of a hitman to murder his estranged wife. He then pleaded not guilty and was released from custody after he posted bail. The latest news on this case confirms that Lambesis will stand trial on a charge of trying to hire someone to kill his wife, a judge in San Diego ruled yesterday.

Watain - European Tour In December

Black metal behemoths Watain have just announced a string of European tour dates set to take place in December, on their Black Death Tour 2013. The group will be presenting their new opus The Wild Hunt live. Two more bands will join them as support but that will only be announced later. Argus - New Song Online

The release of Argus' third studio album Beyond The Martyrs is quickly approaching.
