Ronnie James Dio - Hologram World Tour Announced

After debuting at last year's Wacken festival in Germany, a hologram of late heavy-metal singer Ronnie James Dio will set out on a world tour, backed by musicians who played with him, this fall. The trek, dubbed "Dio Returns", will kick off with a European leg of performances in theaters on November 30th in Helsinki before hitting South America, Australia and Asia. The tour will arrive in the U.S. in the spring of 2018 and hit select festivals next summer.

Orange Goblin - Writing New Album, Coming In 2018

Stoner metallers Orange Goblin have finally officially announced that the writing process has begun for a brand new album, slated for release in Spring 2018. The new record will be their first for the Candlelight Records since being acquired by Spinefarm Records/Universal and will be recorded early next year at Orgone Studios in the UK with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano (Ghost, Cathedral, Paradise Lost, Angel Witch).

Arkaik - Releasing New Album, Stream Song

Soon enough, Arkaik fans will be able to hear new material from the tech death metallers. The band will unleash Nemethia this September 29th via Unique Leader Records, a continuation on the conceptual saga of the two previous releases. Arkaik has been hard at work creating a series of wildly psychedelic concept albums revolving around a protagonist named Cyrix, a disillusioned character in a dystopian society. Xandria - Announce U.S. Tour, Share Lyric Video

Xandria are set to return to the road this fall in North America alongside label-mates Kobra And The Lotus. Also coming along for the ride is September Mourning. The tour is set to kick off September 29th in Buffalo, NY and will run through October 21st in Atlanta, GA. A complete list of dates can be found below. Cannibal Corpse have shared two important pieces of news today. This November, the legendary death metallers will kick off a USA tour in support of their upcoming, untitled full-length, which is due out this fall. The trek also features Power Trip and Gatecreeper. See below for all dates. Cannibal Corpse released their 13th studio album, A Skeletal Domain, in 2014 via Metal Blade Records and the band's new album - which was recorded at MANA Recording Studios with producer/engineer Erik Rutan (Cannibal Corpse, Soilent Green, Belphegor, Hate Eternal) - promises to be another aggressive, powerful record in their catalog.

Motörhead - To Release 'Under Cöver' In September

One thing Lemmy Kilmister, Phil Campbell and Mikkey Dee liked to do over their years together in Motörhead, was grab a favourite song by another artist and give it a good old fashioned "Motörheading". Cavalera Conspiracy - Reveal New Album Title, Release Date

Thrashers Cavalera Conspiracy have started revealing the first details about Pandemonium's follow-up album. Previously, the band confirmed that they were recording the new material and now we know that it will be called Psychosis. Wildernessking - Touring With Solbrud

Wildernessking emerged in 2012 with their debut album, The Writing Of Gods In The Sand, (mastered by Magnus Lindberg of Cult Of Luna fame). The Cape Town quartet spent 2013 doing their first tour of South Africa and 2017 will see the release of a new LP, as the band will be touring for in the European summer, their first international tour.
