Angel Crew, this is like the super dream team of the Hardcore bands from Belgium and The Netherlands. Just have a look on the line-up, our guys come from Backfire, Downshot, Arkangel and etc, so if you're a fan of this kind of music and if you already like those bands, don't miss the last album of Angel Crew, "One Life, One Sentence".

So, what can I say about this band and this release? Well first I have the feeling that we have two influences on this release. Some songs like "Life Sentence" are pure aggressive and really catchy Hardcore ones when some others like "Break Through"or "Bring Down The World" are a bit too much melodic in the Nu-Metal spirit for me. By luck except those two mistakes, all the others ones are a lot better and damn more aggressive, and this real Hardcore like I like to listen to.

"One Life One Sentence" is a classic release and no you won't be able to find something really new or original on this release but however I cannot say the opposite, the guys know how to write some good perfect songs for the live interpretations. Also, it's impossible to say that the majority of the songs aren't catchy. So ok it's maybe a bit linear but on the other hand we have a bunch of good tracks on this album and all the fans of Hardcore will enjoy this release.

Even if the production is more than ok, one more time I have to regret the length of the album. Only 36 minutes of music, I'm sorry but that's a real shame and more than displeasing when you buy a CD and have this kind of surprise at the end of your first listening.

"One Life, One Sentence" is a solid release. Nothing revolutionary though but for sure it's a must for all the ones who like this kind of music. Even me, who don't listen to a lot of Hardcore, took some pleasure with this release so why not yourself?
