A solid death metal record with a touch of doom influences, the songwriting is nothing spectacular, and the sound isn't the most original, but there is still a decent dark, gloomy, and menacing atmosphere to it. There's a very heavy tone, with slow to mid tempo riffs, with added symphonic effects that all work well to help create that atmosphere, the vocals are also pretty good too.
