This cover has the same vibe as Hin Helga Kvöl by Sólstafir.
The album builds up a nice atmosphere, but I find it a bit "messy", it deserves better production.

This is a pleasant surprise from a band I hadn’t heard before. Very organic vibe for a black metal band.. without suggesting they sound like Agalloch, I feel that Agalloch fans might find some things they enjoy here. This album is progressive, atmospheric and earthy, with acoustic Brazilian folk elements that help this band to really stand out in the genre.

I really like it when black metal is mixed with unusual music around the world. There is probably no way I'd like Brazilian folk music separately but here it just makes such unique atmosphere. I was already fan of Kaatayra but now there is another one.
