Underrated to extreme! After the magnificant "Coma of Souls" Kreator experienced a little bit with industrial in this one and the result is overwhelming for me. The vocals of Mille Petrozza are sometimes annoying but i can live with it.

I think ms should call this (the whole 1992-99 era) as industrial metal

Here we go again. Where's all the bad stuff? This is indeed slower and more experimental album, but nowhere near bad. I find this thing exciting and fresh. The few thrash parts are downright brilliant. What I think holds the album back is the monotonous drumming. The slower tempo leaves more room for improvising, so there should have been more thought put into this aspect. They did fix this minor issue on Cause for Conflict, but they also scaled back the experimentation.
