Tears were formed during 1996, consisting of Divanis and other members, who are no more playing with Tears. In 1998 Kostas Korkidas, keyboards joined the band. In 2000 Tears recorded their first demo tape. Their first two songs "Time Master" and "Things imaginary" were sent to the Greek Metal Hammer on a tape with no cover. Metal Hammer published a review of the promo in the demo section making amazing compliments to the band.
