The OutBurst is born in Paris, September 2002. Carried out by Sevh and Sky, the band evolved to get the actual explosive line-up starring Sarah, Zoe and Kmy.
From the start, da 'Burst decided to break all the rules you could imagine for a female metal band. If you've searching for Scandinavian lyrical vocals, you missed the point dude! The pulpy lead vocalist, Sarah, give you catchy nasty sexy songs that really gonna kick your ass.
Back to the essence of metal, with the Rock poison in their veins, The OutBurst loves the stage for its energy, for the noise, for the pit, for the sweat and the beers. Their music sounds efficient, sometimes weird or complex but avoids technical demonstration. The quintet provides us what they call themselves Hedo Metal : an hedonist vision applied to the music, seeking pleasure before all, with no barrier, no frontiers, no limits with this pretty gift to melt several influences the 'burst claims, from rock to death metal.
With many showcases and interviews on local and national radios (Rock Fort Show, La Grosse Radio, Ouï FM, Le Mouv'), several compilations (The real underground, Lustour angel 2006, Split the pit, The French touch, Rock one sampler,?) and the "Dance for me" videoclip broadcast on youtube and MCM, The 'burst audience has spread significantly in an short eye blink.
The band has also played in many gigs across the France, from Dijon to Toulouse, from Amiens to Paris, playing in such famous stages like L' Elysee Montmartre, Le Nouveau Casino, La Maroquinerie and in European metal festivals like The Hellfest, The Raismesfest, sharing beer and stage with Anathema, ADX, Beatallica, Dagoba, Decapitated, The old dead Tree, No return, Opeth?
Now, be prepared for "Entertainment", the first album released on October 31th 2008 by Just For Fun Records. Mixed by Stefan Bayle in the Drudenhaus Studio (Anorexia Nervosa, Ultra Vomit, G.T.I., The CNK?) and masterised by Neb Xort at Masterlab (Poppa Chubby, Nada surf?) it sounds like a powerful 90's metal band screwing around in a binge drinking contest and streaming hedonist metal till the morning hangover. Be warned: you gonna love it!
