ESCHATON was gathered back in the year of 2001 in Athens by K. Iakchos (hammers) with the help of Alexandros. The aim was to play Pure Black Metal as in years ago used to be and through this to espress our most aggresive, dark, esoteric feelings and not only . The time was passing and the appropriate line-up wasn't found yet? In November of the year 2003 with new line-up: K. Iakchos (Drums), Skylephtis (Guitars) and Nerteroz (Vocals) recorded the first Demo - tape called Summon The Manifestation limited to 250 hand-numbered copies. The response in underground circles it was very satisfactory. At the dawn of the year 2004 Summon The Manifestation re-released on pro cdr version through Belgian Witching Hour Recs limited in 250 copies more. More, Eschaton recorded a new track and one from the demo, that includes on the split tape with Burial Hordes - limited to 333 copies. During the year of 2005 the band was working in new stuff and in early of 2006 released the first full-length album called Causa Forior through Hellenic Nykta Productions. Eschaton continue as 2 members band, K. Iakchos and Skylepthis.
