Due out May 10th 2024, it was recorded by Andrew Kingsley and JJ Heath at Silverside Sound in Cobble Hill, British Columbia. Mix and mastering was handled by Jacob Hansen at Hansen Studios.

Canadians Unleash The Archers released their album Apex in 2017, and a five-year-anniversary "earbook" edition for the album will be out November 18 via Napalm Records. The edition includes a deluxe edition CD with two previously unreleased bonus tracks (also included on the vinyl edition), an instrumental edition CD, and a 10" EP called Acoustipex. To promote the release, the band shares a brand-new lyric video for the song ''Falsewave''.

Canada's Unleash The Archers announce the release and details for their fifth studio record. It's entitled Abyss and will be released through Napalm Records on August 21, 2020. The record was (again) engineered, mixed and mastered by Jacob Hansen of Hansen Studios in Denmark, with production by guitarist Andrew Kingsley. Additionally, the closing track "Afterlife" features orchestration contributions from Francesco Ferrini of symphonic death metal machine Fleshgod Apocalypse.
