According to the Hartford Courant, Connecticut police are treating the death of All That Remains guitarist Oliver "Oli" Herbert as suspicious. Herbert died on October 16th at the age of 44 and his body was found in Hydeville Pond.

The mishap happened when part of a stick that broke off of his snare shot up and hit him in the mouth. Sounds painful!
