Hanging Garden reveal details of its eighth studio album and first for Agonia Records. Entitled The Garden, it was recorded by a seven-piece amplified by female vocals, navigating its way through a dark setting of melodic, gothic, doom and death metal, will see its release on March 24th. Produced by Jussi Hämäläinen (vocals, guitars) and Jarno Hänninen. The latter mixed and mastered the album at D-Studio. Cover artwork created by Finnish artist Kalle Pyyhtinen.

Hanging Garden hit the studio to record what will become the band's eighth album and first for Agonia Records. The seven-piece just completed recording drums at D-Studio of Klaukkala, Finland, with new-old drummer Antti Ruokola. The rest of the album will be recorded at various studios around the capital area of Finland, and in the end put together and produced by the band's guitarist Jussi Hämäläinen. In July, the album will enter post-production in the care of Jarno Hänninen at D-Studio.
