The doom legends have already been confirmed for Hellfest Open Air festival and more dates will follow in due time. Saint Vitus - Wino Detained In Norway, Deported To U.S.
American doomsters Saint Vitus are in a hairy situation. The band just informed that their frontman Scott "Wino" Weinrich was arrested in Norway by the immigration police for possession of illegal substances. They are in the middle of a European tour and Wino is being deported to the U.S. Despite that, the band vows to continue their 35th anniversary European tour which has three more German shows. Guitarist David Chandler and drummer Henry Vasquez, and possibly other guests, will take over vocal duties.

Saint Vitus - To Tour Europe With Orange Goblin
After announcing a US tour for May, doom metallers Saint Vitus will also embark on an extensive European tour in celebration of their 35th band anniversary this autumn. To honour this occasion, the band will perform all songs from the fan-favourite Born Too Late album (1986) as part of their show peppered with a host of classic hits. Saint Vitus will be joined by British stoners Orange Goblin and kick off their road trip in France on October 9th and continue to rock Europe until a final stop at the Hammer Of Doom Festival in Würzburg, Germany on November 15th.
