A little over a month after singer Keith Buckley said he was taking time from the band due to mental health issues and that he felt "ostracized" from the group, Every Time I Die now announce that they won't continue as a band without Keith. A sequel to their 2007 album of the same title will be set free August 20 via Sumerian Records. The band also shared an updated regarding their summer touring plan across North America (Canadian shows cancelled and replaced with new cities/venues).

Confess - Sentenced In Iran For "Playing Metal"
According to Loudwire news, posted yesterday, members of Iranian metal band Confess have been sentenced to 14 and 1/2 years in prison by the Revolutionary Tribunal of Tehran for playing metal. The band's main man Nikan Khosravi has also been sentenced to 74 'lashes'. More details can be read in official news statement below.

Arsis - Share New Album Details With New Song/Video
U.S. tech-death metallers, Arsis, have been hard at work on a new album since joining Agonia Records. As of September 6th, they have announced the title of their newest album, Visitant, is to be released via Nuclear Blast Records and Agonia Records on November 2nd. In addition, they have released the first single off of the new album, called "Tricking The Gods". Swiss black metal act Darkspace are trying to tell us something. The strange message on Avantgarde Music's Facebook page is a code, a code that translates into a new album that will be released very soon, even sooner than expected. The band's fourth full-length record is finished, and is to be released on the 6th of September, 2014 and is titled Dark Space III I. To add to this, Avantgarde Music has started production on the release of their acclaimed debut Dark Space I on vinyl: this will come again with embossed gatefold cover and will be a double vinyl.
