Moonspell - Part Ways With Drummer, New Album In The Works
Gothic metal institution Moonspell announce the departure of a long-time drummer Miguel "Mike" Gaspar, who has been part of the band for almost 30 years. At the same time, Portuguese masters confirmed that they are already working with a new drummer, Hugo Ribeiro, on the new music. The next full length offering will be recorded with producer Jaime Gomez Arellano between September and October this year, and is planned to land in stores via Napalm Records in the beginning of 2021.

Painted Black - Announce New Album 'Raging Light'
It has been a long journey for Painted Black. The Portuguese quintet has "slowly but surely matured and evolved from denser, doom-laden beginnings into a multi-faceted, dynamic outfit," and their new album Raging Light is due out worldwide on October 2017 via Italian label WormHoleDeath.

Desire - Debut Album To Be Re-Released
The historical 1996 cult album by the Portuguese doom metal legends Desire, their debut Infinity... A Timeless Journey Through An Emotional Dream, will be re-released this November two decades of mourning and melancholy later. It will be available as a digipack CD, vinyl and digital via Alma Mater Books & Records, the Portuguese independent record label, property of Moonspell.
