Inquisition - Vienna Performance Cancelled, Banned From Venue
Black metal war machine Inquisition are currently touring in Europe in support of Behemoth and Cradle Of Filth on their co-headlining tour but their appearance at the show in Vienna, Austria has been cancelled. The venue promoter has banned them and the band was informed they cannot perform there. What?!
The band explained the matter: "Vienna, Austria February 21 show cancelled. Unfortunately Inquisition has been banned from playing the Behemoth tour Vienna date at club Gasometer, because venue promoter does not agree with Inquisition once being on the record label No Colours. We apologize to our Austrian and nearby supporters for this inconvenient news. The band will be back in this part of Europe during summer touring. Exact dates to be posted soon."
The band's Obscure Verses For The Multiverse is nominated for Best Black Metal Album on Metal Storm Awards 2013.
