After years of silence, Finnish folk black metal band Wyrd has finally given an update on what they have been working on. Tomi Kalliola aka Narqath says that the drums are done for their new album and that the band is still alive and kicking. The follow-up to Kalivägi (2009) might finally see the light of day.

He stated: "Alright! So this page was created to announce that Wyrd is still alive and kicking. New album is in the works. This page is modified by the band members only, so most of the information found from here is legit."

The band performed their first show in 7 years at the 2015 Steelfest Open Air in Hyvinkää, Finland earlier this month.
