Finally more news regarding Die Apokalyptischen Reiter's new studio album! The German metallers have set Der Rote Reiter (English: The Red Rider) as the title of their tenth studio album, to be released in the summer of 2017. The band has also revealed the cover as well as the tracklist of the new album. Vocalist Fuchs, who has also drawn the artwork of the last album, has created the cover artwork for the upcoming album which you can see here. As template for the artwork a wooden relief from 2016 was used, which he created.

Last weekend, an exclusive listening session of the new album took place. The band streamed the opener "Wir Sind Zurück" of the upcoming album live from the listening session on their Facebook page.
