Apocalyptica - Premiere 'The Symphony Of Extremes', Collaboration With Visit Finland
Apocalyptica have finally shared what they've been up to lately: splicing Finnish DNA into a musical piece called "The Symphony Of Extremes". The song and it's accompanying video bring art, science and travel together emphasizing the Finnish mindset and the land's beauty. Enjoy the musical piece and visuals below.
In honour of Finland's centenary celebration, Apocalyptica composed a song from the Finnish people's DNA sequences, in co-operation with Visit Finland. The DNA was extracted from the extreme points of the country. The DNA parts of the song were extracted from the main regions of Finland. Each of them have their very own characteristics with distinctive roots.
