Secrets She Kept - Guitarist Dies In Car Accident
Florida based black metallers Kult Ov Azazel have confirmed on their official Facebook page that Secrets She Kept (now under the name Flesh Sermon) co-founding member and guitarist Satorn (David Ridenour) was involved in a fatal car crash on Saturday, August 31st.
Statement from Flesh Sermon: "On Saturday, August 31st, Satorn (David Ridenour), guitarist and co-founder of Flesh Sermon/Secrets She Kept was involved in a fatal car crash. This is a total shock, and frankly unbelievable. We are all at a huge loss for words and just... Numb. He was a tremendous musician, writer, performer, and personality. Saying "he will be missed" is a gross understatement. This band wouldn't be where we are if it weren't for him. The amount of literal blood, sweat, and tears that he poured into this over the years is immeasurable. The upcoming FS album will be in full dedication to his memory and will proudly present some of his final works. All hail Satorn! Friend, maestro, and inspiration..."
