Slammer - Announce Reunion Show
After 31 years of silence, British thrashers Slammer have just announced that they will be reuniting for a performance at this year's ManorFest in Whittlebury, England, which will take place from May 26th-28th. The new lineup includes two of its original members, Paul Tunnicliffe (vocals) and Enzo Annecchini (guitars), joined by Daniel Greenhalgh (guitars), Ian Buxton (bass), and Adam Goldsmith (drums).
Formed in 1987 in Bradford, England, Slammer released only two albums, The Work Of Idle Hands... (1989) and Nightmare Scenario (1991), and called it quits in 1992. Whether there will be new music or more shows from the band remains unclear.
