Manowar recorded both German and English versions of "Stille Nacht" - known to English speaking fans as the classic Christmas carol "Silent Night"- as a holiday gift to all of their loyal fans, the greatest fans in the world. The song was recorded in "Hell" and mixed by Ronald Prent of Galaxy Studios, Belgium.

My God, this is even worse than their latest album, totally honey drenched cheese. Although I suaully don't calll anything "gay" when I mean I don't like it, this is certainly totally gay. Always going on about Odin and stuff like that and now singing about Christ the Saviour?. Even that I could stomach as long as it wasn't this bad. When I get back home in a couple of hours I will play the first three Manowar albums to get this terrible thing out of my system.
